The Electric League of Arizona is a statewide non-profit trade association which represents the Electrical, Air Conditioning, Heating and other Energy Industries of Arizona. Our organization was founded in 1960 to promote the efficient use of electric energy.Members of the Councils are part of a service commitment that promises a response to consumer calls within 15 minutes or less – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The councils and its members are dedicated to providing information and service on a timely basis year-round.
North American Technician Excellence (NATE,) headquartered in Arlington, VA., was founded in 1997 and is the nation’s largest non-profit certification organization for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration technicians. NATE is the only technician certification organization governed, owned, operated, developed and supported by the HVACR industry.
ACCA is a non-profit association serving more than 60,000 professionals and 4,000 businesses in the HVACR community, working together to promote professional contracting, energy efficiency, and healthy, comfortable indoor environments. ACCA is the only nationwide organization of, by and for the small businesses that design, install and maintain indoor environmental systems.
Building Performance Institute (BPI) is a recognized credentialing program identifies individual excellence in house-as-a-system evaluation, diagnostics, and installation. Stringent technical standards and requirements mean that BPI certified professionals are in demand – from homeowners, state and utility energy efficiency incentive programs and weatherization assistance programs.
Arizona Public Service (APS) has established the APS Qualified Contractor program for approved contractors. In order to be a part of the program, a contractor must meet a series of standards, and provide proof that their technicians undergo continuing education programs. Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling is proud to be a 2016 Top Ten Qualified Contractor.
